Wonderful

We love staying at The Grand Napat. The location is good as we have a vehicle. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is pretty good. It is near the following: JJ market (weekend), 7-Eleven, massage, and a car wash in the parking lot. The pool is great and there is a workout room.

Good choice for Chiang Mai

This hotel is a strong choice for a trip here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is good, and the facilities are very nice. Sadly we came during the burning season, but we didn't feel the smog impacted our room, so we were relieved about that. There is a 7/11 and a launderette very close to the hotel that are both 24/7. The WiFi is stable.

The shower was cold when we used it, aside from that no real complaints.

Great value for money. There is everything you need nearby.

The Staff is amazing. Everybody is very nice and kind, always smiling. Nice pool area. Kind of oasis in the city. You can rest here hearing sounds of waterfall and birds instead of cars. Very good breakfast. You can eat regional food or European/American breakfast. About 150m from the hotel there is really good massage service, seven eleven 7/11 and after 5p.m. there are a lot of street foods for just about 50thb/portion and it's super tasty!

In the evening there were some Internet issues, but not very annoying. Hotel rooms and GYM are not brand new anymore but still in good condition. Actually it's not easy to point out anything wrong.

Exceptional

Really lovely place! Room was really big, beds were amazingly comfortable. The addition of a microwave was nice. Bathroom was big and shower really nice! The breakfast was probably one of the best we've have here in Thailand. They cook to order, but also have a nice spread of Thai food, fruit, cakes etc too. The staff were really nice and help get our documents sorted for our visa extension. The pool was also really nice and the gym was a good added benefit.

Only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers by the pool, so if it gets busy, there's nowhere to lay down. Also, the hotel is around a 30/40minute walk to the main Old Town Square.

Unexpected gem in quieter area.

Great hotel. We had a mini suite with a living room and kitchen. The place was large and very clean. The staff were really helpful as well and cleaners brought water and fresh towels daily. It's a quieter little area but within 5 minutes walk to 7-11 and bustling street area. We used Grab and got into the old city in about 7 minutes and rarely had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the Grab. Comfy beds and good internet. I was really surprised by this place and it exceeded our expections.

The only small thing was that the TV had cable but we could not get it into "smart" mode to put Netflix on and there were limited amount of dishes in the kitchen. Small things though.

Wonderful

Location, breakfast, room were all good. Many noisy people at the pool a couple of times, staff didn't do anything about them. Besides that, great stay.

Great for families and long stay!

The room is spacious and we can sleep comfortably for our family(3 members). There are a dining table, sofa, small kitchen and balcony. Breakfast was very good and swimming pool is a good size.

The only thing we did not like was the water pressure. It's weak and the shower experience was not that great.

Wonderful

Breakfast is great, not many options to choose from but everything is very tasty, good coffee, fresh fruits, could recommend waffles and omelette. Stuff is very helpful. The room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Wifi ok but you can connect only 3 devices at the same time.

Bathroom curtain was a bit dirty and unpleasant to use. Would be great to change it.

A good choice hotel if you want to stay in a good quality hotel for an acceptable price

This hotel is a nice 4 stars property, the staff is kind and helpful . They have a beautiful pool and gym , around 10 Minutes by motorbike to the next big mall Central . The 1 bedroom room has stove and a small kitchen you can cook for yourself . the nearest 7eleven small store is just 3 Minutes to walk . I would return anytime again to this hotel, was definitely the right choice the choose this property to stay .

At the toilet was always such a strange smell in our room but nothing else to complain .

Great hotel, in an authentic Chiang Mai location.

Very good hotel in a less touristy location. Very very clean, great staff, adequate gym and pool. Overall perfect value for money for those not interested in being within the tourist walls of ancient Chiang Mai

Not much really, it’s a fair way from the airport being across town, and away from most of the attractions but that didn’t bother us.

Very Good

Very clean, spacious apartment, has everything we needed, about 25min walk from Chiang Mai centre. Very fast WiFi. Really nice pool and well equipped gym, which were both a pleasure to visit. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast, although very diverse, had very few vegan/vegetarian options (hardly any).

Great option for holiday in Chiang Mai

Only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer! The unit had a separate bedroom and beautifully presented. If you were going to be Chiang Mai for any length of time this would be a great option as you have space to decompress after a day of sightseeing, shopping or temple gazing! The pool looked great but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was small but varied and very happy with it.
